Returns and Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed, in the same condition as received
- Tags attached
- In its original packaging
To start a return, log in to your account at Returns and submit a return request. Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label and instructions will be emailed to you.
You can also contact us at returns@tequilaswim.com with any return questions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Swimwear bottoms (including bikini bottoms and one-piece swimsuits) — excluded for hygiene reasons
- Sale items marked as final sale at time of purchase
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items (special orders)
Please contact us before initiating a return if you are unsure whether your item is eligible.
Damages & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us within 5 days of delivery at returns@tequilaswim.com with photos and details if your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Items reported outside the 5-day window may not be eligible for a remedy.
Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue store credit.
Rush Exchange: If you need your replacement right away, place a new order immediately and email us the new order number at returns@tequilaswim.com. Once your original item arrives back and passes inspection, we will issue a full refund on the original purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@tequilaswim.com.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Prepaid return labels are provided at no cost for eligible returns.
